Charles Henry Turner (1848-1908)
Charles
H. Turner was born in Newburyport, Massachusetts on August 7, 1848. He studied under
Otto Grundmann in Boston and was a member of the Unity Art Club and the Boston Art Club.
He exhibited at the Boston Art Club at various times from 1881 until 1907. In
1887 he exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and gave his address as 12 West
Street, Boston, MA. His last known address was 68 Mt. Vernon Street, Boston,
Massachusetts.
